Ozzy Osbourne has decided to break into the NFT world. The musician has created his own collection of 9666 tokens called CryptoBatz and will unveil 9,666 totally unique NFT bats in January. The news was first announced by Rolling Stone UK.

According to the Prince of Darkness, the idea to create his own collection of NFT came suddenly:

“I’ve been trying to get in on the NFT action for a while so when I asked Sharon for a Bored Ape for Christmas after several failed attempts of buying my own, and she said no, so I decided to create my own,” said Ozzy.

CryptoBatz is a nod to the infamous moment he bit the head off a bat during a 1982 performance in Des Moines, Iowa.

Osborn’s collection feature is to allow their purchase to ‘bite’ and mutate with another NFT from their digital wallet.

Binance Receives Canadian and Bahrain Regulatory Approval

Binance crypto exchange has received approval from the Central Bank of Bahrain to operate as a cryptocurrency service provider.

Binance has also obtained a crypto financing license in Canada, incorporated as Binance Canada Capital Market according to FINTRAC filings. The new subsidiary of the exchange will handle digital assets, money transfers, foreign exchange and function as a money service business (MSB).

The license is valid until December 31, 2024.
